I'm in Montenegro this week for Workless AI, and I'm walking away more convinced than ever that there's no secret sauce to business.
I don't think it's a secret hack or system everyone else has that you don't.
What actually separates people is passion.
You hear a lot about consistency, and the algorithm, and having the right systems in place. All of that matters, but it gets a whole lot easier when you actually want to be there.
Someone who wakes up excited to sit down and work is going to beat someone who bought the best systems and the best coaching but dreads opening the laptop. 10 times out of 10.
Every single person I met here had it. They weren't just excited to work, they were excited to learn, excited to meet people, excited to go back and pick apart their own mistakes.

And it doesn't stay in your work. Your audience feels it in your content. Your prospects feel it on a sales call. Your team feels it when you're running an internal meeting, and eventually that just becomes the culture.
I'm 24. I've stepped on a ton of landmines getting here, I'm growing a bigger team now, and I've got mentors and coaches I'm still learning a lot from. I make mistakes every day.
Passion is the thing that lets me pick myself up, dust myself off, and keep going.
The journey has been so amazing, and I'm so excited to keep working!
And massive shoutout to Jannis Moore for throwing an absolutely incredible event. You're the man Jannis!!
